Class 1 (2 hours) Dough Preparation from white beans You will learn how to prepare your own Nerikiri dough from natural white bean paste. Class 2 (1.5 hours) You will learn how to color your dough and create different tones, hues and shares as well as make three different designs. Class ends with matcha tea and Wagashi dessert.
