The menu is being created and executed by the incomparable Alejandro Cancino. Alejandro was awarded UK Young Chef of the Year in 2008 and led the Bulgari Hotel, Tokyo to a Michelin star. Until recently Alejandro was Executive Chef at Brisbane's highly acclaimed Urbane Restaurant. He is now co-owner with his wife Paola of Fenn Foods, a purveyor of upscale vegan products, a new cafe and exclusive dining restaurant on the Sunshine Coast and soon launching Lola's a gourmet vegan catering company.
