For those with a sweet tooth, this workshop is for you. Make your own seasonal jam, marmalade and canned peaches or pears to top your breakfast! You will learn all the fundamentals of sweet preserving from 'setting point' to storage. Alex will explain the fundamentals such as: pectin and acidity, as well the importance of sterilising and water bathing. Traditional and modern methods will be discussed and there will be plenty of tastings!
