In this workshop you will learn all about fermenting your own delicious probiotic beverages. You will take home a bottle of kombucha that you have flavoured yourself as well as everything you need to get brewing at home. We will also go beyond kombucha to discover the versatility of water kefir to make healthy sodas and your own coconut yogurt and learn about wild fermentation with a traditional ginger beer. 2 hour.
