Elizabeth will guide the Post Natal Mumas through a gentle yoga Postnatal practice. We will also be incorporating Bhramari ((Humming Bee Breath), Falling Out Breath and Alternative Nostril Breathing. The practice will end with a guided relaxation. Elizabeth is a qualified Pre/Post Natal and Mums and Bubs Teacher. Megan will provide evidence based nutritional information to support you during the post natal period. You will receive an information booklet to take home with you. Megan is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, specialising in Plant Based Nutrition. She has a special interest in Pre and Post Natal health and achieving the optimum health for mother and child.
