Over 2 hours our Chef Natasha will introduce you to the flavours and health benefits of fermented foods. We'll discuss the differences between good and bad bacteria and cover essential kitchen sanitation techniques. You'll work alongside classmates making fermented foods you can easily recreate at home. Plus, we'll share tips about proper care and maintenance of them. Each participant will make and take home: 1/2 Litre of pickled cucumbers 1 Litre of sauerkraut 1 Litre of kim-chee All that's needed for the class will be provided and included in the price.
