Learn the skill of making your own fresh Tempeh. In this workshop I will also teach you how to make soy yogurt and some delicious Japanese/Indonesian Coconut Agar dessert moulds. You will have the chance to sample all of these delights. Cost: $40 waged. $35 Unwaged. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable. I will pm people attending with bank a/c details. If you're unable to attend on the day, please try to find someone to replace you as your space will have been saved and classes are kept small at 6-8 people maximum.
