Come down to princes park Thursday evening at 7pm for an introduction into obstacle style training. There'll be running, weights, running with weights, squatting with weights, lifting weights, pushing weights, running while squatting, lifting and pushing weights ( I haven't figured out how I'm going to incorporate that last one, but it will be fun trying ). The more we get, the more energy we build up and the more fun it will be. So come down after work and throw shit around, cause you know you wanna. Look forward to seeing you there.
