This Raw Workshop is all about how to fuel your body with healthy fats and plant based protein, creating healthy balanced meals using only raw whole food ingredients. All recipes are free from wheat, dairy, grains and refined sugars. On the menu: - Avocado Spaghetti - Carrot Cake with Raw Lemon Icing - Choc Protein Ice-cream Generous servings of each dish will be provided, as well as copies of the recipes to take home so you can re-create them yourself.
