I'm hosting my last event for 2015 and it's a home cooked breakfast menu served at my place. I have been enjoying recipes from the vegan cookbook Greenilicious, including amazing shakes made with 60% greens, and thought it would be a great way to share some fabulously tasty and very healthy breakfast ideas. Some of these amazing shakes are Peanut Butter Caramel, Banana Fudge Brownie, Pina Colada, Orange Melting Moment and After Dinner Mint. Some of the cooked foods include stuffed mushrooms, scrambled tofu with pesto, mini asparagus crustless quiches, coriander pesto and pumpkin scrolls and broccoli fritters.
