Come and learn the recent transformation of Matcha from purely spiritual beverage to queen of eastern dessert flavourings. In this workshop you will discover new ways to use matcha in smoothies, desserts, & baking as well as ways to combine the ritual aspects of chanoyu with matcha lattes! Hannah will guide you through all she recently learnt in Japan on how to treat the ingredient with the respect it requires while enjoying it in more hedonistic ways. You eat & drink your way through the range of sweets and come away with hands on experience of making all we discuss, as well as range of recipes & formulas to apply to your existing repertoire of dessert love.
