This spring join Joseph Abboud and his team at Rumi as they host a Vegan Feast celebrating the fresh new season. Middle Eastern food has a long tradition of featuring fresh and cooked vegetables, legumes and spices which all come into play when preparing a vegan banquet. Think colourful house made pickles and dips, rich and hearty vegetable dishes and generous salads. The feast will consist of five courses, including dessert which will be designed for sharing.
