This workshop is focused on raw savoury dishes, using all plant-based foods. This is a hands on workshop and you'll have the opportunity help create your own dishes. The menu is suitable for raw vegans, as well as anyone wishing to learn the art of raw cuisine. On the menu: - Ginger Ninga Smoothie - Parsley Pesto Dip - Avocado Spaghetti - Coleslaw - Real Raw Stir Fry - Cauliflower Rice - Carrot Fettuccine - Fruity Chia Pudding Generous tastings and recipes will be provided. All dishes are prepared fresh and are 100% raw. There will be raw food recipe books and whole food products (e.g. coconut oil, nuts etc) available to purchase on the day too.
