Elizabeth will begin the workshop with a 1 hour Prenatal Yoga class which will have a blend of Gentle Flow, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga. There will be modifications and options for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Trimesters. We will also be incorporating Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath), Falling Out Breath and Alternative Nostril Breathing. The practice will end with a guided relaxation. Elizabeth is a qualified Pre/Post Natal and Mums and Bubs Teacher. There will be a break for a light afternoon vegan tea. Megan is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, specialising in Plant Based Nutrition. She has a special interest in Pre and Post Natal health and achieving the optimum health for mother and child.
