A nine module training starting with the foundation module on 20th July or 3rd August or 28th September Comprising of 9 modules enabling you to become a vegan chef or have a very broad understanding of a healthy vegan diet to incorporate into your daily life. The modules comprise of 2 to 5 days of hands on cooking classes totalling 30 days for the full training.
