6 week block Pre-Natal Yoga Classes starting on Saturday 1st July from 11.30-12.30pm. 8th July 15th July 22nd July 29th July 5th August During this 6 week block, Elizabeth will guide you through a gentle and supportive practice focusing on nurturing your body and creating space through movement and breath finishing with a 10 minute Shavasana. These classes are suited for all stages of pregnancy. No yoga experience necessary. According to the Psychology Department at the University of California, Prenatal yogis benefit from reduced stress, improved mood, even a reduction in postpartum depression symptoms.
