A workshop teaching the delicious art of making your own cultured cashew nut cheese. The class will cover how to make the probiotic rich starter from 'rejuvelac' - sprouted wheat water. We will also make soft herbed cheese, smoked sharp cheddar and air-dried cheese. These home-made cheeses are far superior in taste to most that you can buy. The class will include tasting and fun and usually go a little longer as we linger over cheese delights. :) Cost: $40 waged. $35 unwaged. Class size is limited to 6-8 maximim.
